VP Human Resources
Jeanine Boyle is the Vice President of Human Resources for Aurora Flight Sciences, a Boeing Company, based in Manassas, Virginia. In this role, Jeanine is responsible for the Human Capital strategy and advancing the integration of the company following the 2017 acquisition by Boeing. Her role is focused on strategic business partnering and developing compelling and innovative strategies to attract, retain and develop the best talent in the global aerospace market. She joined in August 2018.
Prior to Aurora, Jeanine spent 8 years with Johnson & Johnson. She held several roles of increasing responsibility in the Pharmaceutical sector including the Vice President of HR for US Pharmaceuticals, Global Senior Director for Oncology as well as several other impactful roles. She also led initiatives across the Enterprise including the Data Science initiative in 2018. Prior to J&J, Jeanine was Director, Human Resources at Siemens Healthcare where she led HR strategy across Siemens Health Services and led large scale organizational changes to support critical organizational effectiveness efforts. Jeanine also spent 10 years with Pfizer/Wyeth Pharmaceuticals in both generalist and specialist roles. She completed two assignments including Puerto Rico and the United Kingdom.
Jeanine is a volunteer with American Corporate Partners and provides coaching support to veterans in career transition. The relationship was formed at J&J and she continues in serving veterans who have served our country.
Jeanine earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Villanova University and her MBA from St. Joseph’s University, including an international study in Russia and Eastern Europe.
